For Nomadesk Private we charge per "deployment". The base fee is 200 Eur (ex. VAT) per appliance per month which includes 50 users. That comes down to 4 Eur per user monthly. You have to add to this the cost of your infrastructure and storage.

Included in the fee are Software Updates and Maintenance and 2 hours of Professional Services to get you started with your deployment.

You get exactly the same technology as on our Nomadesk Cloud where we service 1000nds of users in Multi Tenant Mode but with Nomadesk Private you entirely manage and control our file management technology on your cloud. And ... it is hyper scalable!

The only connection with Nomadesk is the validation of your license key, this is a daily connection with our license server.

You may also use our storage infrastructure for your Nomadesk Private but manage the appliance on your premises or the platform of your choice. You will then get a self managed bucket on our S3 Object Storage and connect your Nomadesk Private installation to that.

Most customers will benefit from our attractive pricing model, whether you need a lot of users for sharing, or a lot of storage e.g. for archiving or both, our pricing is very well balanced.

1. You always start with at least 1 Basic User license. A Basic User license come with 1 TB of storage included. Purchasing your first Basic User License goes via the Trial Link in mynomadesk.com (or in your client dashboard). Additional Basic User licenses can be added via Billing if you are already a customer. You may purchase unlimited Basic User Licenses. Your available storage equals 1 TB times the number of Basic User Licenses

2. If you have enough storage but would like additional users (e.g. to share with on a Vault level), you add Extra User Licenses at the super low cost of 6 Euro (ex VAT) per month (or 60 Eur (ex VAT) yearly paid. Extra users can create unlimited File Vaults too, they will just be consuming the available storage via the Basic User Licenses or the Storage Licenses (see further).

3. If you need additional storage, for yourself or for your user group, just order Storage Licenses at 8 Euro (ex VAT) per TB per month or 90 Eur (ex VAT) per year. Ordering Storage Licenses goes by.

If you have a Nomadesk Basic User license you can add storage licenses at:

• 8 Euro (ex VAT) per TB monthly prepaid or 90 Euro (ex VAT) per TB yearly prepaid

• 6 Euro (ex VAT) per 500 GB monthly prepaid or 68 Euro (ex VAT) per 500 GB yearly prepaid

We grant discounts for orders above Nomadesk Cloud Premium (so above 20 users or above 10TB or both) and for orders above 500 licenses for Nomadesk Private. Contact sales@nomadesk.com to learn more.

There is obviously state of the art security in our technology stack and processes, being constantly monitored and externally tested. Here are a few key differentiators too:

• Device Tracking: you may track any device that has Nomadesk installed

If you are on our Public Cloud - we take care of the hosting - your data is stored in our European Datacenters, more specifically : Germany

If you have deployed our Private Cloud - you take care of the hosting - then you know where your data is stored :-)

Yes. Our “follow-me data” guarantee allows for transfer of your Nomadesk Vaults on our Public Cloud to your own Private Cloud deployment and vice versa. Simply contact support@nomadesk.com, our Professional Services team will set up a meeting to facilitae this process.

E.g. you may first try Nomadesk on Public and later on - depending on changing company policies or regulatory compliances - move to your own Nomadesk Private Cloud.
