No files ever out-of-reach

NomaDesk Fileservers are always available, whether you’re on-line or off-line. This means your personal network of collaborators or computers is never out of reach.  And it’s all done seamlessly, without complex software, expensive VPN or file servers, or high-priced IT gurus

Access NomaDesk, even when offline

NomaDesk Fileservers are permanently mounted as Windows® drives on your computer. Files are stored locally and replicated across a Virtual File Network that’s connected to other teammates you’ve invited or computers you’ve connected.

There’s never a need to connect to the web just to access your data, meaning you can stay productive at the office, at a customer site, on the road, or at home.

Share files anywhere, including from your Blackberry® or iPhone®

With NomaDesk you can view, edit and share files from anywhere using any web-enabled mobile device.
The next time you’re at a meeting and want to share a file from your Fileserver you’ll be able to do it instantly through your iPhone or Blackberry.

Seamless integration into the  Windows® operating system

NomaDesk is seamlessly integrated with Windows®, which means your Fileservers appear as drives on your computer.
There’s nothing to learn—anyone can instantly manage Fileservers without training or technical background.

Stay tuned for Mac and Linux clients, under development now.

Send files right from your desktop to anyone, from anywhere

With NomaDesk’s FileLink™ you can email large files without using attachments or worrying about size limits.
A simple right-click directly on a file in Windows® enables you to email a web link of that file to anyone. You can also record file history, know exactly who downloaded the file and set how long the link will be available for download.

Receive files from anyone, directly to your Fileserver

With NomaDesk’s Email2Folder, you can receive emails directly on your Fileserver. Attachments are automatically separated from email content and stored in a selected folder.
Any folder on a Fileserver has a virtual email address connected to it.

How does it work? If you have a Fileserver called “Recruiters” with a folder called “Resumes,” prospective employees can send emails with their resumes attached to resumes@recruitersinc.nomadesk.com. You simply collect all the documents in “Resumes” folder.
