If you are an existing customer, you can contact our dedicated customer service team to convert your monthly plan to yearly.

A Personal Fileserver is always prepaid and yearly. Team Fileservers are prepaid on a monthly or yearly basis and have the following subscription plans:

• monthly
• 1 yearly - with 2 free extra months - 14 months of service
• 2 yearly - with 5 free extra months - 29 months of service
• 3 yearly - with 9 free extra months - 45 months of service
