Notes, States & File History give you three quick and easy ways to manage and track your documents better.

• Add and share notes about any file inside your Team Fileserver
• Set a document to a workflow state such as "For Review"
• View a file’s history, including who created the file, or who added notes or changed states

Notes and States are shared by all the people you're sharing your Fileserver with. This means you can view the notes and states of others, along with your own. Notes, States & File History is currently in Beta (see our Forum for more information), only available on our Team Fileservers.
