NomaDesk Fileservers no longer synchronize, the trial period of the owner account expired...

No worries...

The trial period of the owner account of the FileServers (can be your account) expired (there is a 30 day free trial).   The owner and the guests will no longer be able to synchronize changes, updates to files and new files to our servers.  However, your data remains available offline, locally on your computer.

We don't backup the files anymore and you will not be able to share and collaborate with the people you share the Fileserver with.  The Fileservers are also not accessible via the online filemanager anymore and will show the status Not In Sync (or Action Required) in the NomaDesk Dashboard. If you do not plan to use NomaDesk in the foreseeable future, it is advised to move your data away from your NomaDesk FileServers.

Not all your Fileservers are disconnected, only the ones of which the owner account is expired.   The others ( in case you have them ) will continue to work because the owner of the fileserver is still in Trial or has paid for the service which guarantees connectivity and full service.

Contact customer support, you'll be re-connected within minutes, providing that the owner is willing to purchase our service. The purchase link in the Dashboard will continue to work. So, it's easy to re-engage the NomaDesk service.
