NomaDesk 2.6 has been released

The major improvement to NomaDesk 2.6 is the addition of the Notes, States and File History feature.

Notes, States & File History give you three quick and easy ways to manage and track your documents:

  • Add and share notes about any file inside your Team Fileserver
  • Set a document to a workflow state such as "For Review"
  • View a file’s history, including who created the file, or who added notes or changed states

Notes and States are shared by all the people you're sharing your Fileserver with. This means you can view the notes and states of others, along with your own. Notes, States & File History is currently in Beta, only available on our Team Fileservers.

NomaDesk Supports "Carrera to China"

Bringing a dream to life, Erwin Suykens and Jan De Man take a classic Porsche Carrera from Belgium to China in a 6 month journey. Covered in the local, national, and European media, NomaDesk is facilitating all their communication efforts with the press, ensuring their latest posts are always at hand, even when there is no internet connection available.

There's sure to be places along their journey where Jan and Erwin will be compelled to put their thoughts in writing while in the middle of uninhabitable, rugged country. NomaDesk will enable them to do so, and as soon as they get back in range of the internet, their documents are automatically synced to the countless supporters and press following their journey.

We are proud to sponsor true modern-day nomads such as Jan and Erwin, and they can always count on our sympathy and support.
