TheftGuard™ tracks and confirms each NomaDesk Dashboard’s unique serial number with every software restart or synchronization. All sensitive data will be deleted should a NomaDesk-enabled computer ever be reported lost or stolen.
Email2Folder™
With Email2Folder™, you can add documents to a Fileserver from any email-enabled device - including cellular laptops, public PCs, Macs and mobile phones - without installing new software. Files are sent directly into a folder on any Fileserver, as an email attachment.

FileLink™
FileLink lets you distribute files without using email attachments. By simply sending an email message to your recipients with a link to any file located on your Fileserver, they are directed to a web page, where the file can be downloaded. FileLink™ also lets you track the history of each file, recording when a file was accessed and by whom.
Delta-Sync™
Great for managing large files, Delta-Sync™ technology ensures only changes to files – not the entire file – are distributed across your network.
File Publishing
File Publishing lets you set your Fileserver as “read-only” and grant permission to guests to invite other guests. This enables you to publish files and documents to a growing audience of subscribers, dramatically increasing your reach.
Web Interface and Mobile Access
Web users can access all existing NomaDesk desktop functions through the Web and on any mobile device.
