When you want to send a very large file, only a link to the file is directly emailed to the person from your NomaDesk workspace.
Your e-mail recipient receives a link to the file--- not the actual file.
You can securely send files through FileLink to more than one recipient
When you upload any data, NomaDesk stores large files online on its virtual file server storage. Then, a link of a file is sent to the recipient. As the link is encrypted there is no fear of data theft.
It is up to you to determine how long the link will remain accessible
You will be notified the moment a recipient accesses the file you have sent.
Then, it is up to you to set a time frame for keeping the link accessible. You can do this by setting an expiration date. With NomaDesk, it is also possible to set an automatic reminder to recipients, reminding them that a file is ready to be retrieved.
